City Recruitment Group are recruiting for a HR Manager to work for an established manufacturing business on a permanent basis.
Salary for this role is Negotiable and dependant on experience.
This is an on site, Monday to Friday, 9-5pm role.
THE ROLE
Working in a newly created standalone HR role, the client is looking for someone who is solutions driven and thinks outside the box, someone who will undertake the full responsibility of a newly created dedicated HR function.
You will be screening and sourcing for candidates for the right departments.
Need someone who is free moving, free thinking and brave as you will be establishing a HR function internally.
You will be the first point of contact for HR related queries.
Typical challenges to solve would be pay parity, contracts (issuing of and quality of) T&C’s in general and all the good stuff that goes with it.
Looking for someone who is capable to roll out in house requirement at temp agency, factory level should they wish to de-risk current methods.
Experience with ethical compliance and zero hour contracts would be advantageous.
